Kid's Place Learning Center is so much more than a daycare program.  We combine inspiration for learning in an atmosphere of love for each child.  The infant room allows our youngest friends to explore the world around them with a nurturing staff's guidance.  These early relationships foster a sense of trust and a foundation for future learning. 

Our infant classroom encourages natural curiosity about the world around them.  The play items in the classroom are selected to promote fine motor and gross motor skills while meeting their individual needs.  Music is an essential aspect of the class.  It encourages children to imitate motion and facilitate the movement of their bodies.  The children will also participate in art activities that encourage each child to touch various materials, increasing their sensory knowledge. 

The infant classroom schedule is created with the assistance of each family as a partner.  You will let us know the plan for feeding and napping at home, followed by your child at the center.  The classroom teachers will complete daily reports to inform you of personal care, feeding, and napping.  It will also remind you of any supplies that need replenishing.   We ask that you supply your child's diapers, wipes, snacks, meals, and formula or breast milk.  The staff will warm all milk bottles in a crockpot.  We will send home bottles to be refilled and returned the next day.
